Listing Fee Options

All listings receive full service from a team that is dedicated to aiding and facilitating the sale of your home. We monitor market activity around your home and across the Triangle to ensure you have accurate information about current and trending market conditions. All listings are reviewed weekly within our team to ensure you’re getting the best possible opportunities to sell your home. Our clients receive a weekly update on the status and direction of marketing on Tuesdays.

The following listing fees assume a 2.4% buyer agent fee. Buyer’s agent fees may vary but typically range from 2.4% to 3% and are set by the agent and the client when signing the listing agreement.

  

4.4% Base Fee

  • Top level marketing on all major and local real estate websites including: realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, and many more.
  • Professional photos including 3D tour and drone photos
  • Professional measurement by a licensed appraiser
  • Proceeds funds wired to your bank account

5.1% Mid

All the base fee options plus the following:

  • Professional staging assistance
  • Pre-showing cleaning of your home
  • Cleaning of your home after move out

5.9% Complete

Everything in the mid Package plus the following:

  • Inspector guided pre-listing walk through. Many transactions get derailed when the inspector shows up. Use this path to get ahead of any issues before you list your home.
  • Carried repair costs through closing day.
  • Typical attorney fees are paid by the listing firm at closing. (Deed Prep, Wire/Courier Fees, HOA transfer fees) *
