Project Based/Process Management
We take a project mentality when planning your real estate transaction. From the initial meeting to the closing table and beyond, there is a process involved with a successful sale. Following the process and making adjustments as needed keeps us one step ahead and helps us anticipate the next move.
What's a SPOC?
We utilize a team approach with a 'slight twist'. Your agent will be your single point of contact (SPOC) throughout your transaction. This person will coordinate all the activities involved with the purchase or sale of your home. Unlike the traditional real estate team model, each of our agents has a stake in your transaction. That's 4 people looking at and discussing your project needs on a weekly basis. You will always have a SPOC, "your go to guy" but our team puts 4 heads together to find ways to help you. You're never out of touch and never more than a phone call away from an agent.
Notary Services for Sellers
For our sellers, we arrange with the closing attorney to have all your documentation delivered to us. We bring our notary out to your house and you sign your closing documents in your own home.
Customized Real Estate Plans

Amanda has spent much of her life, both as a child, and an adult, moving around. Because of that, she understands many of the unique challenges, and blessings that come with moving, and is able to help her clients navigate these challenges. She lived in Greensboro for a couple of years as a child, and fell in love with North Carolina. She knew she wanted to make her way back here as an adult. She moved back to North Carolina in 2010 with her husband, Derek, and their children. She loves North Carolina. Since her return, she has lived in Morrisville, Cary, and Holly Springs. Amanda graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in psychology. Post graduation she worked in the BYU library for several years. She stayed home with her children until 2017 when she became a real estate agent. This had been a long time dream of hers. She loves real estate, and has for most of her life, a characteristic passed on to her from her mom. In her free time she enjoys running, spending time with her family, and being outside.

Born and raised in the scenic Hudson Valley of NY, Michelle has always had a love for an active, outdoor lifestyle. As a competitive distance runner for over 20 years, she knows firsthand that where you choose to live affects your overall health and well-being. After years of traveling to Raleigh for track meets, Michelle knew she wanted to live in North Carolina someday. So upon graduating from Penn State in 2006, she moved to Cary and has called it home ever since. Michelle lives with her husband Andrew, daughter Lillian, and their two German Shorthaired Pointers. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she spent a decade working for the State Employees' Credit Union. With her extensive background in finance and customer service, paired with her passion for real estate, Michelle hopes to earn your trust, respect, and business.

After living in the frozen tundra of Minnesota for 20 years, Emily made the move to the beautiful Raleigh area in 2014. She has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Elementary Education and she enjoyed 18 years pouring into the lives of her students and their families.
Emily and her husband, Jase, have two children. With a teenage son and a soon to be teenage daughter, she decided to join Michael and 1Red Shoe Realty to have a more flexible schedule and spend more time with her kids that seem to be growing up entirely too fast.
Her love of people and education makes her a great fit to the 1Red Shoe Realty team. Emily breaks down the buying and selling process so it's easy for her clients to understand. After graduating from college in Oklahoma, Michael spent the first part of his adult career in Alaska working in the North Slope Oil fields. Michael met his wife Kelly while on a business trip and quickly found that commuting back and forth between North Carolina and Alaska was not a viable option for him. Michael made the career move to real estate and hasn't looked back.
After several attempts to "fit in" with traditional real estate firms Michael decided he could provide the same level of service to his clients but he could do it in a more cost effective manner. After years of working alone he decided to grow his company and build a team that shared his values. He and his team are focused on providing the best experience, by providing accurate information and doing so in an efficient and cost effective manner. He truly believes that no other company in the residential brokerage business can compete with his structure and mindset when it comes to fair and effective service.
